Miren and Fran like to cook for friends and family and to find the right place for the kitchen was their main concern. By switching the Living with the dining area, and using the space that was just circulation as the kitchen we achieved to have a larger Living room connected with the garden. And an ample Kitchen that works as the hearth of the space were you can cook but still can share with friends. We added a toilet and open the storage to be accesible from inside the house and work as the laundry.

This 2 floor house for a young family has a neutral, light and fresh palette. Contrasting with the classic black and white tiles for the bathroom that use a vintage cabinet to create a unique sink area.
